Long Island doesn't have many good quality hotels. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable, very friendly. Solo Traveler
Second floor rooms are noisy, and they sell them to low-fare bidders. Even after complaining, they would say all rooms were sold out. Sorry can't help much.

Hotel and rooms are nice, but walls must be thin, could hear all noises coming from adjacent rooms. Staff did not pick up our room service card for the next morning, we had to call to see where our order was. The hotel was overall lovely, however, why we were placed next to a party-type room, I'll never know. All was fine until 12:30 in the morning, when the wedding reception moved into the room, waking up myself and my 2 young children.
